How Do I Know When I Should Repipe My House?

Mineral buildup clogs pipes over time and causes the water pressure to go down, as there’s less space for water to go through. It usually happens when you have old galvanized pipes in your house. If you do have galvanized pipes, the recommendation will be to repipe the house.

COPPER PIPE
Copper the “gold standard” for domestic water systems.
There are a lot of recycled copper products in the market that can compromise and cause home flooding. Since we have warranty for our repipe, we can’t afford to use cheap products. Copper comes in several grades (M,L,K and more). Copper pipe has the highest pressure and temperature ratings of all domestic water pipe options.
PEX PIPE
We are certified contractor recognized by Uponor as having successfully completed the AquaPEX® training course.
Pex is resistant to freezing, meets most codes, can handle any normal domestic water temperature and application, pressure resistant, adaptable, flexible, shares many fittings with copper and so may be mixed into copper systems.
